⑨ For providing information, advertising, and promotional information regarding Company Services (including new services to be provided in the future and new plans under consideration), as well as notices of seminars, events, and campaigns that the Company considers useful, and for responding to related inquiries.
⑩ For providing features that enhance customer convenience, such as recommendations based on customer status and log information within Company Services.
⑪ For investigations, reporting, or communication where necessary to ensure the security of Company Services, or in the event of incidents or accidents.
⑫ For preventing unauthorized use of Company Services, identifying offenders, responding to such acts, and addressing disputes, troubles, or other issues related to Company Services.
⑬ For preventing and investigating fraud, cyberattacks, and other illegal or improper activities, identifying offenders, and responding to such acts.
⑭ For providing important notices necessary for the operation of Company Services, including maintenance information and changes to terms of use.
⑮ For use in the development, consideration, research, and marketing of Company Services (including new services to be provided in the future).
⑯ For making requests regarding interviews, surveys, campaigns, or monitoring programs.
⑰ For responding to opinions or inquiries related to the Company or Company Services, and for addressing corrections, updates, or other changes relating to Company Services or customer information.
(2) Personal information regarding individuals who have requested materials, a trial, or made other inquiries regarding Company Services

(3) Personal information regarding participants in events or seminars
① For the management and operation of events and seminars (including the provision of participant information to co-hosting companies and sponsoring companies).
② For providing information on the services, products, events, and seminars of the Company and its partner companies.

④ For analyzing data necessary to improve events, seminars, and Company Services, and to develop new services.
(4) Personal information regarding the Company’s partners
① For the selection, contract procedures, management, and performance of related operations regarding partners.
② For providing information regarding Company Services, as well as other notices that the Company considers useful.
(5) Personal information regarding visitors to the Company
① For communication with Company representatives and for managing entry and exit.
(6) Personal information regarding individuals who apply to or participate in the Company’s recruitment activities (hereinafter referred to as “Applicants”)
① For determining whether applicants meet the Company’s desired profile, skills, and experience during document screening and interviews.
② For confirming applicants’ past application history with the Company.
③ For communicating with applicants, including scheduling interviews.
④ For creating statistical data necessary for formulating the Company’s future recruitment policies.
⑤ For providing applicants with information on employment opportunities, events, and related matters at the Company.
Article 2 Provision of Personal Information
1. Provision to Third Parties
The Company shall not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases.
(1) Where the provision is required by laws and regulations.
(2) Where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is determined that obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.
(3) Where it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the sound development of children and it is determined that obtaining the individual’s consent is difficult.
(4) Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government body, a local government, or a party entrusted by them in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and it is determined that obtaining the individual’s consent may impede the execution of such affairs.
(5) Where personal data is provided in connection with entrusting all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
(6) Where personal data is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.
(7) Where personal data is jointly used with specific parties, and advance notice has been given to the individual, or the individual has been placed in a state where the following information is readily accessible: the fact of joint use, the items of personal data to be jointly used, the scope of the joint users, the purpose of use by such users, and the name of the person responsible for managing such personal data.
2. Supervision of Contractors
When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal data (including cases of re-entrustment from the perspective of the customer), the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the entrusted party to ensure the secure management of the entrusted personal data.

Article 4 Disclaimer Regarding Acquisition by Third Parties
In the following cases, the Company shall bear no responsibility with respect to the acquisition of personal information by third parties.When the customer uses functions of the Company Services to disclose personal information to third parties.
When identification information (such as email address or password) necessary to log in to the Company Services is obtained by someone other than the individual by any means.
When the Company is not at fault, whether intentionally or negligently.
Article 5 Use of Cookies and Acquisition of Usage and Attribute Information
The Company may use cookies (including similar technologies; hereinafter referred to as “Cookies”) and collect information such as customers’ IP addresses, access frequency, browser type, operating system, and other device information for the purposes of improving customer convenience, obtaining statistical data, and providing appropriate advertising. Such data are collected for these purposes only and will not be used for the purpose of identifying individuals. Cookies include those set by the Company’s website domain and those set by third parties in partnership with the Company. In the latter case, advertising distribution service providers in partnership with the Company may set Cookies to allow the Company’s online advertisements to be placed in optimal locations.Article 6 Disclosure, etc., of Personal Data
- In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, when an individual requests notification of the purpose of use of personal data, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”), the Company shall, upon confirming that the request has been made by the individual concerned, carry out the requested action without delay, unless there are special circumstances (If the relevant personal data does not exist, or if the Company decides on justifiable grounds not to take the requested action, the Company shall notify the individual to that effect).
- Requests for Disclosure, etc. of personal data must be made through the inquiry form specified in Article 9 of this Policy. Please note that the Company’s prescribed handling fee (1,000 yen per request) is required for notifications of purpose of use and disclosure of personal data.
- Any personal information obtained in connection with a request for Disclosure, etc. will be handled appropriately and only to the extent necessary to process the request.
Article 7 Security Control Measures
The Company implements the following security control measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc., of personal information.(1) Security control measures within the Company
The Company implements necessary and appropriate measures such as introducing mechanisms and other related measures to protect information systems handling personal data from unauthorized external access or malicious software, to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information the Company handles, and to ensure its secure management.
(2) Supervision of employees
When allowing employees to handle personal information, the Company establishes rules, internal records, etc., conducts regular inspections of handling status, and provides periodic training, etc., thereby exercising necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure secure management of personal information.
(3) Supervision of contractors
When entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company conducts necessary and appropriate supervision of such contractors, including entering into required agreements, etc., to ensure that entrusted personal information is managed securely.
(4) Understanding of external environment
When handling personal information in foreign countries, the Company regularly collects and reviews information concerning the personal information protection systems in those countries, etc., and implements necessary and appropriate security control measures.
